Every project is handled by a licensed professional engineer, from the first walkthrough to the final sealed document. No layers, no handoffs, no waiting weeks for an answer.
How we work
Design decisions follow the Florida Building Code and local amendments — not shortcuts that fail plan review.
Calculations, assumptions and load paths written down so any reviewer can follow the logic.
If a smaller scope solves the problem, we will say so before you spend money.
We stay on the project until the permit is issued and the inspections are closed.
