Florida gives you a deadline, not a suggestion. We inspect the structure, document what we find, and file the report the county expects — and if repairs are needed, we design them and our partner RBG can build them.

Recertification is a county or city program that requires older buildings to be inspected structurally and electrically at set ages, then again on a recurring cycle. The Milestone Structural Inspection is a statewide Florida requirement aimed at condominium and cooperative buildings of three stories or more. Many buildings fall under both, and we handle either one.
The property address, what the county asked for if you received a notice, and any drawings or photos you already have. That is usually enough to scope the work and quote it without a site visit.
